Thanksgiving 2019

So much to be grateful for here at Wayside!

Then men here have made the decision to escape from their addiction, take control back in their life.  We are privileged to be able to serve these guys, to celebrate recovery and Thanksgiving, as a family!

This feast, like all of the food we serve here, was prepared by clients who have completed our program and are now eager to give back.  They now volunteer their time and effort to carry the message of recovery and create complete meals out of ingredients.

Happy Thanksgiving from Wayside House of Hamilton

Annual Wayside Picnic Retreat
July 12th, 2019 - Christie's Conservation - Flamborough, Ontario
This year, over 70 men participated in our annual picnic held at Christie Conservation Area. This was an incredible opportunity to highlight the many successes, opportunities, and experiences of the brave men in recovery. While the weather may not have been perfect it was a lot of fun. With an itinerary packed with events, competition, and activities, there was no shortage of fun and excitement while balancing some well-deserved rest and relaxation. This event will go down as one of the highlights of the summer for all involved and already we are looking forward to next year!

We want to thank the Board of Directors for making this event possible, as well as our generous donors. Your support and generosity means the world to the courageous men that we serve, we are forever grateful!
