OBJECTIVES & GOALS

  • Strive for service excellence by continuously developing and incorporating cutting-edge thinking, approaches and methodologies into our care provision models
  • Focus in areas where we are or can be leaders, employing best practices and benchmarks where applicable
  • Develop a strong, sustainable financial platform from which to develop and enhance the program
  • Increase the availability and usability of information within the organization, with the purpose backing evidence-informed decision making
  • Partner and collaborate with other services and providers to build capacity and infrastructure

DEVELOPING OUR SERVICES
  • Seek out new, high quality, strategic partnerships/relationships while enriching and enhancing existing partnerships/relationships.
  • Look for and engage in opportunities to educate ourselves, stakeholders, interested individuals, and the surrounding community about the benefits of community-based treatment.
  • Implement industry best practices to improve and enhance the delivery of addiction treatment services.
  • Enhance the capacity for the supportive housing program.
  • Develop an integrated life skills training program for clients in Supportive Housing.
  • Continue to develop and enhance the Quality Plan.
  • Attain high standards in policy and practice that results in accreditation.

  • Developing and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and ongoing development for staff and volunteers at all levels, including but not limited to education, training, credentialing, and any other activity that enriches the greatest resource an organization has: its people.
  • Retaining and nurturing competent and passionate individuals.
  • Building a service delivery model including alternative approaches in emerging practice to healing and recovery based on staff skills, talents, expertise and interest.
  • Enabling staff to bring complementary talents and interests.
  • Developing and implementing a succession and leadership development plan.

  • Standardize documentation and data gathering, implementing industry best practices.
  • Ensure that data is the right data, at the right time, in the right place to ensure that meaningful analysis can be performed.
  • Improve the flow of information and analysis throughout the organization to improve decision making.
  • Develop strong risk management practices.
  • Continue to pursue and solidify funding and other opportunities that match our overall mission and vision.
